Cancellations and Refunds - Terms and Conditions

  • If the workshop is postponed or cancelled by the instructor, participants who have already made a payment will have the option to either transfer their payment to another workshop offered by the same instructor within the following 12 months or receive a full refund.
  • If a participant withdraws more than 28 days before the workshop start date, the workshop fee, minus registration and credit card processing fees (2.9% for U.S.-issued cards and 3.9% for all other cards), may be refunded. Alternatively, the participant may choose to apply the payment toward another workshop offered by the same instructor within the following 12 months.
  • If a participant withdraws within 28 days of the workshop start date, no refund will be issued. However, the payment may be applied toward another workshop within the following 12 months.
  • The instructor reserves the right to change the workshop venue within the same city if necessary and will notify participants of the new location within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Travel, accommodation, and meal expenses are not included in the workshop fee. In the event of a cancellation, postponement, or venue change within the same city, the instructor cannot be held responsible for any related costs or changes in expenses (including travel, accommodation, meals, or other arrangements), and any refund will not include such costs. We recommend waiting until approximately four weeks before the workshop start date, when the workshop is expected to be confirmed, before making non-refundable travel arrangements.
